MARKETING MANAGER, CORPORATE OFFICE
The focus of this role is to lead marketing and graphic design efforts for Harry Caray’s Restaurant Group, including website management, email marketing, PPC advertising campaigns, social media, and promotional events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in digital ad campaigns, have a keen design eye, and will be self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies to increase company profits and brand awareness for all Harry Caray’s concepts.
- Develop all marketing collateral including copywriting, design, and production.
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop a PPC strategy using Google AdWords, Facebook, and other relevant platforms to help generate leads, including budgets, long-term goals, and reporting on results.
- Update website content
- Manage Holy Cow! Potato Chip brand
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of Digital Marketing and Graphic Design experience. Please include a link to samples of your work along with your resume.
- Proficiency with InDesign and Photoshop
- Strong writing skills
- Restaurant/hospitality experience strongly preferred
Catering Assistant, River north
The Catering Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to Catering Sales Managers. This an ideal job for individuals interested in pursuing a career in Event Planning/Catering Sales.

- Responds to routine questions from customers and staff about catering events and services
- Performs data entry (e.g. invoices, Reserve, updating menus and food items)
- Support Catering Sales Managers in tracking and building sales
- Prints, assembles and maintains Catering Sales Packets
- Prepares Day of Event Packets for Banquet Captain
- Creates and prints event menus, buffet cards and other signage
- Participates and assists in execution of events
- Fosters effective communications with chefs and other kitchen staff
- May assist with Catering Drop Offs
Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience
- Administrative/clerical experience preferred
- Experience in food service or catering strongly preferred
- Job Skills
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task
- Ability to multi task and create an organized and efficient work flow
- Weekend and evening availability
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail oriented
- Valid Drivers License required
