$50 Gift Card Survey Sweepstakes
1. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Harry Caray's, located at 33 West Kinzie, Chicago, IL 60654 (“Sponsor”).
2. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
3. The Sweepstakes begins February 24, 2026 (with the first entry period through March 31, 2026) and will continue on an ongoing monthly basis until terminated by Sponsor. Each monthly entry period begins at 12:00 AM [CST] on the first calendar day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM [CST] on the last calendar day of that month (each a “Monthly Entry Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes at any time, with or without notice.
4. There are two ways to enter:
Method 1: Survey Entry
Complete and submit the online survey during a Monthly Entry Period and provide the requested contact information to receive one (1) entry into that month’s drawing.
Method 2: Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter without completing the survey, email your full name and email address to 33 West Kinzie, Chicago, IL 60654 with the subject line “$50 Monthly Sweepstakes Entry” during the applicable Monthly Entry Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Monthly Entry Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries do not roll over into subsequent months.
5. Each month, one (1) winner will receive a $50 gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $50 per Monthly Entry Period. No substitution will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
6. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing within five (5) business days following the end of each Monthly Entry Period from all eligible entries received during that Monthly Entry Period. The selected winner will be notified via email. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Monthly Entry Period.
7. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of the prize.
8. Privacy Information collected from entrants will be used to contact winners and/or contact individuals indicating in the survey that they wish to be contacted regarding their experience.
