"The idea for this auction grew out of sitting at Harry's bar talking to customers and analyzing the game with them," Stone said. “I’m hoping to turn this into something that could benefit a great charity and help Derrek's daughter and others who are affected by this disease. If this one works out, we might do it on a regular basis."

Harry Caray’s in Rosemont features one of the few alfresco dining spots in Rosemont. On warm days, guests can enjoy the full Italian Steakhouse menu on our 70-seat patio. The patio connects to Harry’s bar through large collapsible doors. Fifteen umbrella-topped tables overlook a grassy, tree-lined area and are available to guests on a first come, first serve basis from 11:30am – close daily. Free self-parking is available. The patio may be reserved for private parties.

Harry Caray’s in Chicago offers outdoor seating on our sidewalk café along with the back patio. The café, located in front of the restaurant, seats up to 30 guests. The full Italian Steakhouse menu is available during both lunch and dinner. Harry’s back patio, accessible through the bar, has seating for 30 guests. During Cubs games and other sporting events, a TV is set up so that guests can catch the game outside while enjoying Harry Caray’s full menu.

In August 2007, Harry Caray’s Restaurant Group will open its third Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse in Lombard. The restaurant will feature a 64-seat patio with umbrella-topped tables overlooking a serene pond and fountain. On warm days and evenings, guests can enjoy the full Italian Steakhouse menu or just sit back and have a refreshing cocktail. The patio is also available for private parties.

The long-anticipated wait for a Wrigleyville outpost of Harry Caray's is nearly over. The fast growing Harry Caray's Restaurant Group has recently taken over Hi-Tops, located across the street from Wrigley Field. The Wrigleyville outpost will offer a more informal menu and atmosphere while retaining the flavor of the original Harry Caray's.

"We've always known that Wrigleyville was a natural for Harry Caray's, but we've been waiting for the perfect location," says Grant DePorter, President of HCRG. "With the statue of Harry right outside the front door, we knew Hi-Tops was the spot we'd been waiting for." Plans are already underway to convert the space to a more casual version of Harry Caray's by Opening Day 2008. Hi-Tops will remain open throughout the conversion, with the major construction occurring in the off-season. Though the conversion will take a year to complete, the menu has already been updated with a chicken Vesuvio sandwich, steak sandwich and Harry's toasted cheese ravioli.

Enjoy free summer concerts on the patio at Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse in Rosemont—one of the area’s few alfresco dining spots. Drink and dine while listening to the sounds of Gypsy, the popular acoustic band playing favorites from The Beatles, Fleetwood Mac, The Eagles, Sheryl Crow and many others. Concerts are May 31, June 21, July 19, August 23 and September 20 at 5:30-8:30pm. Concert night drink specials will include Bud Select aluminum bottles for $4. Harry’s full Italian Steakhouse menu is also available on the patio.
