HOW TO ENTER
To enter, click on the link below after Selection Sunday on March 13th and before tournament play begins on March 17th, to complete and submit your bracket predictions. The contestant with a perfect score will win the grand prize. In the event of a tie, the individual who most closely predicted the score of the final game will be awarded the prize. Prizes will also be awarded throughout the tournament for participants with the highest number correct predictions after each round.

Official 2011 March Madness Bracket Contest Rules
1. To Enter: Go to harrycarays.com/ncaa between March 13, 2011 when brackets are posted and March 15, 2011 before tournament play begins to choose the winners for every game. You will also be asked to pick the score of the final game. To win, you must accurately choose the winner of every game. In the event of multiple winners, the entrant who most closely picks the score of the final game will be awarded the prize.
2. Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to all legal U.S. residents, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Must have some form of identification to enter, non transferable. Employees of Harry Caray’s Restaurant Group and family members are not eligible to win.
3. Prize Terms & Conditions: The “Steak for Life” prize is defined as one free Steak Entrée of the winner’s choice at each calendar week beginning on the date the winner receives his or her Steak for Life photo identification card for. The prize may be redeemed when dining at Harry Caray’s Italian Steakhouse at 33 W. Kinzie, Chicago, IL; 70 Yorktown Shopping Center, Lombard, IL; or 10233 West Higgins, Rosemont, IL. Steaks cannot be ordered “to go.” If winner does not choose to redeem the prize in any given week, the steaks do not accrue. Tax and gratuity is not included. Prizes cannot be transferred or substituted or redeemed for cash, and must be accepted as awarded. In the event that the restaurants close or are relocated, the prize will be invalidated and will have no cash or other value.
4. Winner Selection: To win the “Steak for Life” prize, the selected entrant must: (a) comply with these rules and regulations; (b) upon notification, respond within five (5) business days by telephone to the contact number provided in the notification message; and (c) within five (5) business days after the selected entrant calls the contact number provided in the notification message, sign and return a release that confirms the selected entrant’s: (i) eligibility for the Contest and compliance with these rules and regulations; (ii) acceptance of the prize as offered; (iii) agreement to release, indemnify and hold each the Contest Sponsor and its parent companies, franchisees, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective employees, directors, officers, representatives, agents harmless from any and all losses, claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) and obligations of any nature and kind whatsoever and howsoever arising, whether known or unknown, whether now or hereinafter exists, which the selected entrant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of, related to, or connected with the Contest and the “Steak for Life” prize including personal injury, death or property damage; and (iv) consent to the public announcement of the selected entrant’s name as the prize winner and the use of the selected entrant’s name and address (city and state), photograph, likeness, biographical information and voice by in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without additional compensation, and in connection with the Contest and the promotion and exploitation thereof, including but not limited to the display of selected entrant’s name and photograph in Harry Caray’s Restaurant Group marketing materials, print and online.
5. Forfeiture of Prize: If any selected entrant fails to respond in accordance with these rules and regulations, or fails to comply with these rules and regulations, then in the Contest Sponsor’s discretion, the prize may be forfeited without any liability to the selected entrant or any other person.
6. Awarding of Prizes: After the winner has been successfully contacted and notified of his or her prize and has complied with these rules and regulations, prize winners will promptly receive a notification message by telephone or by email from a representative of HCRG. A headshot of the winner is required for the winner’s Steak for Life photo identification card. This Steak for Life photo identification card must be presented at the time of each weekly redemption and if deemed necessary, the prize winner may also be required to produce one additional piece of photo identification. The Steak for Life photo identification card is not replaceable if lost or stolen. The “Steak for Life” prize is for the sole use and enjoyment of the prize winner. Winners are not permitted to share their “Steak for Life” prize with any other person. Any abuse of the prize redemption (including failure to comply with these rules and regulations) may result in instant disqualification of future prize redemptions.
7. Limitation of Liability: HCRG will not be responsible or liable for any of the following:(a) lost, late, misdirected, invalid or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies or releases; (b) computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur; (c) incorrect or inaccurate information (including entrants’ telephone numbers or e-mail addresses), whether caused by entrants or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest; (d) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (e) damage or loss, including any loss of use, economic loss, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage or punitive damages, whether in contract, tort or under any theory of law or equity, arising from, connected with, or relating to the Contest, or the submission of entries to the Contest, or participation in the Contest, or the “Steak for Life” prize, or the use or misuse of entrants’ personal information, and regardless of cause or any negligence by the HCRG or any person or entity for whom it is responsible for, and notwithstanding that any of those entities or person may have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage being incurred.
